<p>Import từ WordPress</p> <p><b>Trang mới</b></p><div>Địa danh được cấu tạo theo phương thức: Công trình xây dựng (Đường) + Họ và tên danh nhân (Thủ Khoa Huân).<br /> <br /> Tiểu sử danh nhân:<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;THỦ KHOA HUÂN&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;(1830 – 1875)&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> Thủ khoa Huân tên thật là Nguyễn Hữu Huân, sinh năm 1830 tại thôn Lợi Thạnh, tổng Hưng Xương, huyện Kiến Hưng, phủ Kiến An, trấn Định Tường (nay là ấp Hòa Quới, xã Hòa Tịnh, huyện Chợ Gạo, tỉnh Tiền Giang).<br /> <br /> Thuở nhỏ, ông nổi tiếng hiếu học và học giỏi. Năm 1852, ông đỗ thủ khoa kỳ thi tại trường thi Hương Gia Định, nên được gọi là Thủ khoa Huân. Sau đó, ông ra làm quan, được bổ làm Giáo thọ phủ Kiến An.<br /> <br /> Sau khi giặc Pháp hạ thành Gia Định (tháng 2-1859); giữa năm 1859, ông hợp lực với Võ Duy Dương chiêu mộ nghĩa dũng, phất cờ khởi nghĩa. Lúc bấy giờ, ông được triều đình phong chức Phó Quản đạo.<br /> <br /> Tháng 7-1862, ông đến căn cứ Tân Hòa (Gò Công) bàn việc thống nhất lực lượng nghĩa quân với Trương Định nhằm nâng cao sức mạnh chiến đấu chống giặc Pháp xâm lược. Tại đây, ông nhận chức Phó Đề đốc do vua Tự Đức ban cho.<br /> <br /> Tháng 2-1863, sau khi căn cứ Tân Hòa thất thủ, ông về Chợ Gạo, xây dựng căn cứ Bình Cách (nay là xã Tân Bình Thạnh, huyện Chợ Gạo, tỉnh Tiền Giang). Từ căn cứ này, dưới sự chỉ huy của ông, nghĩa quân đã tỏa ra đánh quân Pháp ở Mỹ Quý (nay thuộc huyện Cai Lậy, tỉnh Tiền Giang), Thuộc Nhiêu (nay thuộc huyện Châu Thành, tỉnh Tiền Giang), Mỹ Tho, Chợ Gạo,…<br /> <br /> Giữa năm 1863, giặc Pháp tấn công căn cứ Bình Cách. Nghĩa quân đã chiến đấu vô cùng anh dũng, khiến bọn chúng phải khó khăn lắm mới phá vỡ được căn cứ này. Để bảo toàn lực lượng, ông cho nghĩa quân rút qua Thuộc Nhiêu, tiếp tục cuộc chiến đấu. Nghĩa quân đã liên tiếp mở nhiều cuộc tấn công vào Cái Thia, Cái Bè, Cai Lậy, Rạch Gầm, Trung Lương, Tân Lý (nay thuộc tỉnh Tiền Giang),…<br /> <br /> Cuối năm 1863, thực dân Pháp huy động lực lượng lớn tấn công Thuộc Nhiêu. Nghĩa quân phải rút vào Đồng Tháp Mười, xây dựng căn cứ mới. Theo sự phân công giữa ông với Võ Duy Dương; ông sang An Giang - nơi còn thuộc quyền kiểm soát của triều đình - để tuyển mộ nghĩa quân và vận động nhân dân, kể cả triều đình, ủng hộ, đóng góp tiền của, vũ khí, lương thực cho cuộc kháng chiến.<br /> <br /> Thế nhưng, do áp lực của thực dân Pháp, tháng 7-1864, quan Tổng đốc An Giang là Phan Khắc Thận đã nhu nhược bắt ông giao nộp cho quân giặc. Một tháng sau, ông bị chính quyền thực dân kết án 10 năm tù, đày đi Cayenne,Trung Mỹ (có tài liệu viết ông bị đày ở đảo Réunion, đông nam châu Phi)<br /> <br /> Tháng 2-1869, sau 5 năm bị giam trong ngục tù ở hải ngoại, ông được thả về nước và bị quản thúc tại nhà của Đỗ Hữu Phương ở Chợ Lớn. Tại đây, Đỗ Hữu Phương vâng lệnh quan thầy ra sức mua chuộc, dụ dỗ ông. Nhưng, ông vẫn một lòng một dạ trung thành với đất nước và nhân dân. Không những thế, ông còn tìm cách liên lạc với những người yêu nước và mưu tính phát động một cuộc khởi nghĩa mới.<br /> <br /> Năm 1872, ông trốn thoát về Mỹ Tho, Chợ Gạo; cùng với Âu Dương Lân nổi lên khởi nghĩa với lực lượng nghĩa quân lên đến 3.000 người.
